Return window

You can return a filter head or cartridge within 7 days of delivery.

Condition

Items must be unused and in their original packaging with all parts included.

Return shipping is free

We arrange and pay for the courier to collect your return. There is no return shipping charge and no restocking fee.

How to start a return

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return. We will book a free courier collection.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we issue a full refund within 7 business days to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay). Your bank may take a few extra days to show it on your statement.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, at no cost to you.

Items that cannot be returned

For hygiene reasons, filter heads that have been installed and used, and replacement cartridges that have been opened, cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it is dispatched by contacting us.
